Centaur Seaplane plc's offer for public subscription on the PLUS Market having not been taken up adequately in 2010, Centaur Seaplane plc is retaining its status and readiness for Centaur commercialisation.

It is collaborating with Warrior (Aero-Marine) Ltd (www.warrioraero.com) to fund a single pre-commercialisation demonstrator aircraft. This is expected to publicise the advantages of the Centaur 2 and demonstrate its market prior to returning to the PLUS Market.

The seaplane market remains strong with the largest order book for any two-seat light aircraft worldwide currently being for an amphibious seaplane that is still under development. The Centaur 2 is expected to add much greater value and to open up markets even wider, with additional capacity, seaworthiness, performance and functionality.

November 2010

The brochure and specification for the Centaur 2 is published: Centaur 2 Brochure.

September 2010

Completion and validation of Centaur Seaplane plc's information for PLUS Market admission has been completed.

Centaur Seaplane plc was funded by the Future Seaplane Traffic (FUSETRA) programme to present future seaplane capabilities and technologies, at its second of three conferences in Malta. This was well received. This EU funded FUSETRA programme is evidence of increased appreciation of the potential of seaplanes and will help clear the way for European growth seaplane markets. (See www.fusetra.eu).

May 2010

Centaur Seaplane plc is licensed for exclusive use of Patented hull forms for use in the Centaur 2 amphibian. They offer seaplanes fundamental advantages in terms of useful load, performance, wave-handling capability and safety. These hulls have already been tested and proven in both:
